This method returns immediately, with success or failure indicated by the callbacks to the delegate. This is equivalent to calling publish(options:) with the default options (0). このメソッドは、委任先へのコールバックによって指し示される成功または失敗とともに直ちに復帰します。これは、publish(options:)を省略時のオプション（0）で呼び出すことに等しいです。
