NSQuarterCalendarUnit Specifies the quarter of the calendar as a
kCFCalendarUnitSecond . In macOS 10.6 and earlier this was defined as equal to kCFCalendarUnitQuarter . In macOS 10.7 and later it is defined as (1 << 20).
