Returns the distributed notification center for a particular notification center type. 特定の通知センター型のための分散通知センターを返します。

Currently only one type, NSLocalNotificationCenterType, is supported. 現在はただ１つの型、NSLocalNotificationCenterTypeだけがサポートされます。
