Inequality is the inverse of equality. For any values a and b, a != b implies that a == b is false. 不等性は、同等性の裏返しです。何らかのaとbに対して、a != bはa == bがfalseであることを意味します。

This is the default implementation of the not-equal-to operator (!=) for any type that conforms to Equatable. これは不等演算子（!=）の、Equatableに準拠するあらゆる型に対する初期状態の実装です。
