init(_:)

Creates a new instance from the given value, rounded to the closest possible representation. 与えられた値から新しいインスタンスを作成します、最も近い可能な表現に丸められます。

A floating-point value to be converted. 変換されることになる浮動小数点値。

Discussion 解説

If two representable values are equally close, the result is the value with more trailing zeros in its significand bit pattern. ２つの表現可能な値が同等であるくらい近いならば、結果はその仮数ビットパターンにおいてより多く後ろに続くゼロを持つ値です。
