Returns a Boolean value indicating whether two values are not equal. ２つの値が等しくないかどうかを指し示すブール値を返します。

A value to compare. 比較する値。

Discussion 解説

Inequality is the inverse of equality. For any values a and b, a != b implies that a == b is false. 不等性は、同等性の裏返しです。何らかのaとbに対して、a != bはa == bがfalseであることを意味します。

This is the default implementation of the not-equal-to operator (!=) for any type that conforms to Equatable. Equatableに準拠するあらゆる型に対して、不等演算子（!=）の初期状態の実装です。
